Hannah has been practicing across customer experience, strategy and innovation for over 10 years, working with organisations to respond to their changing contexts and forecasting future needs. She began her career in the health sector, which has given her a strong understanding of Australia's health and mental health systems and a propensity to take on complexity with confidence.

Hannah believes in taking decision-making out of boardrooms and into communities. Through participatory practice, she ensures that the needs and perspectives of all voices are heard through respectful listening, thoughtful reflection, and productive engagement. She is motivated to unite people to create shared understanding and meaningful outcomes.

Hannah’s project experience is extensive. She has used her diverse skill set on numerous projects with Beyond Blue to centre lived experience in the design of their mental health products, services and strategy. She has led a range of participatory strategy projects including co-designing a strategic narrative that reframes biosecurity for the State of Victoria, allowing it to evolve from an economic concept to one of shared ownership and responsibility: a collective effort to safeguard the health of our land and water.

Hannah holds a Bachelor of Arts specialising in Communications and a Bachelor of Business specialising in Marketing.
