Paper Giant ran two projects concurrently with ANZ, focusing on understanding small businesses, in order to design innovative products and train new design teams.

What we do

We partner with you to deliver training programs of all shapes and sizes.

We cater to your needs and audience with a variety of delivery models ranging from in-person workshops to mixed-model courses and online learning programs. The following principles underpin all our training:


Our training is tailored – we work with clients to understand your needs, ensuring we build upon the capability that already exists in your team and organisation. To assist with this, we offer a behavioral diagnostic to identify the gaps and opportunities for improvement within your team/s.


We are flexible when it comes to delivery and can tailor programs to be the right mix of in-person sessions, online workshops and online e-learning content, depending upon the needs and distribution of your group.


Our training is holistic – we work with participants on skills, knowledge and mindset, supported by a toolkit that can live on once the training is completed.


Our training programs are experiential, involving a mix of theory, reflection and applied practice to real problems and projects. Kolb’s experiential learning cycle underpins our way of approaching teaching and learning.


Our training is modular, enabling training to be delivered throughout a project if required, and for toolkits and content to be organised in a user-friendly manner for clients.


Our programs are scalable – both our standalone workshops and our longer courses can be created to suit large and small cohorts.


Our programs are impactful – all our training programs have pre- and post-program evaluations built in, allowing us to measure the value of the program to you and your participants.
