MONA

Improving the ticketing experience at MONA

The Museum of Old and New Art wants to challenge and disturb visitors – but their ticketing system was a bit too challenging.

There are silhouettes of two people. They are walking through a gallery, that has two colourful illuminated panels with flowers and hand drawn sketches all over them.

What we do

We ensure long lasting product innovation by helping you to deeply understand how your product, organisation and customer work together.

Objective driven

Before the project even begins we will work closely with you and your team to understand the objectives of the work and design a tailored process that will deliver results for you and your organisation.

Big picture focussed

Any experience, product or service is only one part of a much larger picture. Our breadth of experience allows us to understand and connect with the wider organisation to support the successful delivery of any new experience. We do this through a variety of methods, including journey mapping, systems mapping and co-design with stakeholders, teams and communities from inside and outside of your organisation.

Iterative and collaborative

We regularly share progress and learnings throughout the process. We iteratively create and test prototypes of potential solutions and experiences to effectively capture requirements from the business and end users. This ensures the final deliverables meet both the needs of your customers and your business objectives.

Feasible and viable

We work with teams of all different sizes and we have an excellent understanding of what makes a solution feasible, viable and sustainable.

We pride ourselves on helping clients to realise their visions and ensure we create clear pathways and steps to delivering exceptional experiences, whether we’re delivering them ourselves or working with your delivery partners.

Thanks again for exceeding our expectations. We’re really excited to continue through with pre-launch comms, engagement and building the new product.
