Lottie is a highly collaborative researcher and strategist. Her work has explored some of the most challenging and important problems facing our society, including mental injury, energy security, racism, road safety, and the impacts of COVID-19 on workers worldwide.

Lottie is passionate about participatory practices that accurately represent the needs of communities. Her background in creative strategy gives her a strong bias towards action: she is committed to ensuring that great ideas can and do come to life. To support this, she investigates and improves the sustainability of a product, service, or policy at every stage of its development.

Lottie has experience working across the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors in local, national and international contexts. Her recent clients have included the Department of Industry, Science and Resources, the Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water; WorkSafe Victoria; the Give Where You Live Foundation, Atlassian, Xero, Contentful, SEEK and Envato.

Lottie has a Bachelor of Commerce specialising in Marketing. She has been awarded the Business Excellence Award by the Marketing Association of New Zealand and has worked on numerous award-winning social impact campaigns.
