Ernez Dhondy is one of Australia’s most experienced design leaders, with 15 years of experience delivering digital transformation projects across government, commercial, not-for-profit and social enterprise at both the local and international level. His industry experience encompasses social, finance and banking, health and mental health, and sports.

Ernez has dedicated his career to understanding how people, products and channels can coalesce in the pursuit of the common good.

Ernez guides executive teams and their organisations to understand the value of human-centred design in relation to their endeavours. He works to identify new market opportunities, innovation, and partners; and the best and most effective avenues in which to communicate with and listen to users and customers. He creates appropriate strategies that maximise profits and benefits to society and the environment.

Ernez holds a Bachelor of Computer Science and is a jack of all design trades with wide-ranging experience in research, strategy, systems development, product conceptualisation, service innovation and human-centred user experience, customer experience and co-design. It’s quite the list, but this fluency allows him to to build and lead cross-functional and cross-disciplinary teams towards creative solutions and into new markets. Ernez guides co-design projects towards social innovation that emphasises inclusion, lived experience, respectful engagement and pragmatic value.
