Eily is an experienced professional in business operations, project management, and team leadership. She’s our go-to person for keeping things running smoothly and creating an ideal team environment.

Eily brings a strong background in project and team coordination, leading efforts to build high-performing teams for projects from conception to delivery. As Resourcing and Operations Lead, she oversees all aspects of business operations, from contractor relationships to risk mitigation and data security.

Known for her proactive approach and knack for database management, Eily keeps our operation running smoothly. She navigates our team through diverse sectors including government and private projects in research, product development, and design. Her collaborative spirit and focus on creating supportive environments where our teams can thrive under her leadership.

Eily has a Bachelor of Design, specialising in spatial design. She has extensive experience as a creative, working in spatial and interior design, product development, and research. At Paper Giant, Eily’s work has taken her across health, mental health, and disability; she has worked with government, philanthropists, energy regulators, and software companies, to name a few.
